Analyze the hitory of Japanese archeology, deepening understading of research hisotry, and seek reserach topics. Examin an academic journal, "Archeological research" , and understand the status of research and consider future development of research.

This class is good opportunity to acquire wide archaeological knowledge. It's important to confirm the contents of presentations and class review. 
Requirements none 
Grading Method Practical evaluation by your presentation (60%), and the normal point, Qs & As (40%), with considering the under mentioned points 1-4.

  2. Abundant collection of data.
  3. Contents of briefing papers.
  4. Presentation.
 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it I will introduce research and research based on my practical experience in excavation research at the Kyoto Prefectural Cultural Properties Research Center.
