Through the reading of historical materials, students will learn various methods of analyzing historical documents and methods of historical criticism to understand the characteristics of early modern society.

Students will be assigned basic historical documents of the early modern period. Students will decipher the assigned documents, and while introducing the historical background of the matters related to the contents of the documents and books.
