Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Teachures who are specialists of genome editing technology will give lectures on advanced technologies related to genome editing and explain their principles and application examples. Students will learn advanced technologies of genome editing including various CRISPR systems, transcription regulation, advanced genome editing using various effectors, CRISPR library screening, chromosome labeling, nucleic acid detection, recombinase technologies etc.
