Learn the basic technology of genome editing using cultured cells (how to handle human cultured cells, targeted mutagenesis using CRISPR-Cas9, and analytical methods of introduced mutations) 
Class Schedule Human cell culture
Introduction of CRISPR-Cas9 system into human cells
Learning of designing guide RNA and searching potential off-target sit
Learning of designing gene knock-in and genotyping primers
Mutation analysis using heteroduplex mobility assay and Cel-I assay (on- and off-target analyses)
