Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Students will read scientific papers, especially those related to diseases of animals and plants, and introduce their contents using a PowerPoint presentation. Discussion on the contents will be conducted. 
Class Schedule Students will take turns giving 15 presentations each week.
Specifically, for each session, (1) students themselves select an academic paper to be introduced, (2) read and understand the contents of the paper, (3) prepare PowerPoint slides so that the audience can understand the contents of the paper, (4) give a 30-minute explanation along the slides, and (5) then use about 30 minutes for questions and answers. The presentation will be conducted in the following manner.
Since the presentation time is 30 minutes, it is important to select the content of the presentation so that the main points of the paper are conveyed.
