Critical reading of a journal article could be difficult, especially for students just starting out the research. We provide English journal club, in which each student can choose and present the article of their own interest. We recommend that the article should have at least 10 impact factor or more, and have been recently published. We share the hot topics with people from different research field in a relaxing atmosphere, which makes everyone easy to ask many questions. Purpose of the class: 1. Acquisition of critical appraisal skills. 2. Promoting critical thinking. 3. Improvement in reading habits. 4. Improvement of group participation, presentation and communication skills. 5. Development of research techniques, research communication and researching skills. 6. Improvement of paper writing and publishing skills. |
