In the age of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), where the environment surrounding society is becoming increasingly complex and difficult to predict, and in the era of 100-year life expectancy, not only entrepreneurs but also for ordinary people, entrepreneurship is increasingly being demanded from the perspective of career development.

Entrepreneurship requires all kinds of behavioral characteristics, the aim of this course is to discover and cultivate one's own abilities by focusing on leadership, one of the starting points of entrepreneurship. Based on global reports, theories, and research, this course discusses the entrepreneurship and leadership that will be required in the future. Furthermore, it focuses on understanding identity, self-awareness, and fostering self-efficacy, which are important in leadership development from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Finally, this program is designed to help students develop their own vision of the future by considering entrepreneurship and leadership as a personal matter.

Lecture Features;
The lecture is not a theoretical system of entrepreneurship research, instead, it includes a lot of practical work and discussion to develop leadership which is key to demonstrate entrepreneurship in an uncertain era.

Lecture 4: What are the necessary elements in entrepreneurship (lecture/work/discussion)
Lecture 5: Leader development 2: Recognizing one's own values and fostering self-efficacy (including fostering engagement/lecture, work, discussion)
Lecture 6: Leader Development 3: Developing vision for future (lecture/work/discussion)
Lecture 7: Presentation (presentation, feedback)
