To introduce students to scientific theories for promoting health and physical strength, and develop an attitude of enjoying sports throughout their lifetime as well as social skills, such as manners and cooperation, through the practice of sports suited

In this class students will lean 1) the proper way to jog (running intensity, running duration and so on) and 2) the effects of exercise on physical performance and well-being. 
Class Schedule lesson1: Mesurement for maximum oxygen consumption
lesson2: 3 km jogging
lesson3: Why do we have to exercise?
lesson4: 3-4 km jogging
lesson5: Energy for exercise
lesson6: 4-5 km jogging
lesson7: Mechanisms for muscle fatigue
lesson8: 5-6 km jogging
lesson9: Challenge 10 km
lesson10: Challenge 10 km
