Class Objectives /Class Outline |
Adapted sports is a general term for exercises, sports, and recreation that have been modified or newly created so that people with disabilities, the elderly, children and women can participate. The object is to enjoy physical activity regardless of physical fitness or disability. We will use Microsoft Teams for the Lesson 1 and 2. |
