Class Objectives: Through sport practice suited to their own physical characteristics and skill levels, students will understand the value of enjoying sports throughout their life and will acquire social skills related to manners and cooperation. Class Outline: Students will learn basic soft volleyball skills and the theory of tactics, as well as practice them. They will also learn soft volleyball rules and refereeing, and will voluntarily manage games

lesson2:Understanding basic spike movements (hand stance, spike practice without jumping) and rules
lesson3:Understanding the basic movements of spikes (how to jump, spikes after jumping) and rules
lesson4:Basic spike practice (separate courses) and understanding of the rules
lesson5:Basic movements of the overhand pass (hand stance, entering the falling point)
lesson6:Basic overhand pass practice (changing the direction of the pass, passing that leads to a spike)
lesson7:Basic movements of an underhand pass (arm stance, catching the ball between the legs)
lesson8:Basic practice of underhand passes (passes that lead to serve cuts and overhand passes)
lesson9:Comprehensive practice of receiving, tossing, and spikes (interpersonal receiving)
lesson10:Confirmation game (how much personal skills have you acquired?)

From the 2nd class meeting onward, students are expected to positively manage games with a thorough knowledge of soft volleyball rules and refereeing. 
Requirements  
Grading Method Evaluation will be done on the basis of the following two aspects: whether the student has followed instructions given during the classes (about 70%), and participation and contribution in class (about 30%). 
Practical Experience  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it  
Message No soft volleyball experience required. We place emphasis on experiencing the practice and instruction of fun soft volleyball with the aim of promoting health.
