Student should submit a mini report at the end of every lecture, and long reports (more than 1600 characters in Japanese or more than 1100 words in English) on two themes that the teacher specified in this term. |

Suggestions on Preparation and Review |
There is no need for preparation about a lecture, but it is recommended that you investigate more deeply on what you was interested in. Also, not only vaguely hear the lecture, please wear the habit of taking notes. After the lesson, you can download materials of PowerPoint that I used in the lecture. |
Requirements |

Grading Method |
attitude toward the class including mini reports 40%, and two long reports 60% |

Message |
As my research field is physics, my lecture may tend to focus on mathematical and physical points of vew. But I will minimize mathematical formula, and explain it basically for students of literature, as far as I can. |
Other |
【In case the number of registered students exceed 250, a computerized random selection will be carried out.】 |
Please fill in the class improvement questionnaire which is carried out on all classes. Instructors will reflect on your feedback and utilize the information for improving their teaching. |
