In these lessons, the principles and the actual conditions of human rights and governing systems stipulated in the Constitution of Japan will be explained by using constitutional precedents and newspaper reports, based on the concept of constitutionalism. Through these lessons, I hope you will gain more insight into constitutional issues and gain more accurate constitutional knowledge needed to solve them.
