Expected Outcome To acquire the ability to learn and think over the issues of the Constitution in general through the consideration of variety of problems relating to the Japanese Constitutional Law.

Class Objectives
/Class Outline This course provides students with an overview of Japanese Constitutional Law, focusing on some of the basic constitutional problems. It is designed to help students improve understanding of Japanese Consititutional Law in general.
