Expected Outcome | We will understand the incentives and mechanism of occurrence of natural disasters. In addition, we will improve disaster prevention literacy by learning about current measures and future issues for natural disasters. |

Japan has a very high risk of natural disasters, and many disasters are caused by heavy rains, earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanoes. In this class, we will give lectures on these natural disasters, incentives, mechanism of occurrence, and countermeasures. |
