The "Advanced Seminar" will be held to give students opportunities to practically utilize their comprehensive knowledge to create new value and solve problems in society, based on their learning in the "Introductory Seminar for First-Year Students". It is designed for students to cultivate problem-finding and problem-solving skills through the study and discussion of cutting-edge topics and hands-on learning in small classes that transcend school and grade boundaries, and to develop challenge, presentation, and leadership skills. 
Expected OutcomeIn combination with the "Introduction to University Education" and the "Introductory Seminar for First-Year Students", students are expected to:
1. Form an independent learning attitude
2. Improve their problem-finding and problem-solving skills
3. Improve their logical and critical thinking skills
4. Improve their reading comprehension, expression, presentation, and discussion skills
5. Improve their communication and leadership skills

/Class Outline
The purpose of this class is to consider the significance and possibilities of Mokuiku through the planning and implementation of Mokuiku programs. 
Class Schedule Lesson1: Overview of Mokuiku.
Lesson2: Planning of Mokuiku program (theme settings).
Lesson3: Planning of Mokuiku program (examination of contents).
Lesson4: Planning of Mokuiku program (preparing for practice).
Lesson5: Practicing the Mokuiku program 1.
Lesson6: Practicing the Mokuiku program 2.
Lesson7: Practicing the Mokuiku program 3.
Lesson8: Discussion and summary.

Report.

Classes are held on holidays from October to January.

Lessons 1 to 4: Research the background, purpose, methods, and practice examples of Moikuiku in books and on the Internet.
Lessons 5 to 7: Check the practical content.
Lesson 8: Prepare for a presentation. 
Requirements  
Grading Method All of the following conditions must be met.
(1) Planning and implementation of Mokuiku program.
(2) Submission of report.
Evaluation will be on a pass/fail basis only, and will not be on a 5-step evaluation.
