The target of this class is to complete writing a thesis (for students who are dispatched from boards of education)  and brief research paper (for traditional students) on special needs edcuation.

Full semester class. Students will  receive individual instruction based on their interests.

Requirements The requirement for students who are dispatched from boards of education and traditional students are different such as the number of letters (words) and the styles of final presentation. Details are described at the first class.

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Dr. Kawai has experiences of working at public schools and university in the United States as a speech-language pathologist.
Dr. Ujima has worked for 12 years at a school for the blind.
They introduce practical contents based on their experiences.
