"The objective of this course is for students to acquire the fundamental knowledge of the objective, methods, and content of education for children with multiple disabilities, including psychological, physiological and pathological skills, curriculum, and instruction methods for them. Specifically, at the conclusion of this course students should be able to gain understanding of:
1) the definition of multiple disabilities and the basic knowledge of psychological, physiological, and pathological characteristics of multiple disorders,
2) the content and methods of education for children with multiple disabilities based on the School Education Act and other laws and regulations and the Curriculum Guidelines,
3) the current status and challenges of education for children with multiple disabilities, and
4) how education for children with multiple disabilities should be based on reports by the Central Council and others.

Requirements  
Grading Method Evaluation will be based on a knowledge acquisition confirmation test administered in the lecture (30%), an assessment test on the developmental evaluation of people with multiple disabilities (30%), and a credit assignment (40%).
