Requirements  
Grading Method Grading will be based on attitude to practice (40%), reports (40%), and presentation (20%) according to the indicated rubric. A passing mark is more than 60% of the total score. 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it A teacher who has the experience of pharmacy practice lectures on pharmacist's work in the hospital, especially the basic knowledge about dosage design based on TDM.
