2-1. Plasmid isolation using Alkaline Lysis Method and Midiprep Kit
2-2. Transfection of 293A cells with pEGFP-PKCdelta
2-3. Monitoring of PKCdelta-EGFP using fluorescense microscopy
3-1. In vitro validation of gene editing by CRISPR-Cas9
3-2. Transfection of 293A cells with hCas9 and gRNA
3-3. Isolation of genomic DNA from 293A cells
3-4. Validation of genome editing using T7E1 assay
