1. Understand the species composition and physiological and ecological characteristics of plankton and benthic organisms (invertebrates and seaweeds) in the Seto Inland Sea through observation and analysis. 2. Analyze environmental data collected by drones and ROV, and measure dissolved oxygen concentrations as the physiological responses of seaweeds and animals to understand how to conserve biodiversity and use biological resources sustainably.
