2) Analyses of organic compounds by IR and TLC
3) Analyses of organic compounds by GC and HPLC
4) Collection of recombinant cytochrome c
5) Quantification of cytochrome c by absorption spectrum measurement and Bradford method
6) Check of cytochrome c expression by SDS-PAGE
7) Crystallization of lysozyme and overview of X-ray diffraction
8) Structural analysis based on the electron density map of lysozyme
9) Determination of the lysozyme structure

Before attending the first lecture, students should watch the on-demand video in Moodle.
The 1st to 3rd lectures will be held in the room H302 in School of Integrated Arts and Sciences. Be sure to bring labware.
The 4th and 9th lectures will be held in the room A701 in School of Applied Biological Science.
