The lesson contents in practice are as follows:
1. Stress responses in chicks
2. Brain mechanism of memory formation and feeding behavior in chickens
3. Digestion of diet in the rumen of sheep
4. Metabolic responses in dairy cattle
5. Samples are measured chemical composition, blood metabolite and gene expression

The objective is to understand animal production via a digestion of diet, nutrition, metabolic and stress responses, and behavior used by poultry and ruminants, measured chemical composition, blood metabolite and gene expression.
