Class Objectives /Class Outline |
Designed for students majoring agriculture (including animal science) and students who are interested in dairy science, this course will provide practical experience in dairy production and management. Students will be familiarized with milk and milk products, artificial insemination, lactation and feeding through handling dairy cows. |
