・To comprehensively understand morphological, ecological, physiological, pathological, biochemical, and genetic features of various creatures in hydrosphere.
・To understand management, expansion, utilization of fishing resources as well as economic activities of the fishing industry.
・To understand physiological, pathological, biochemical, genetic systems which are required for management and expansion of fishing resource.

To obtain and understand fundamental knowledge of aquaculture, including the present status and issues of aquaculture, stock enhancement and seed release in Japan.
