1. Lecture on meteorological technical knowledge (use of observation result, a numerical weather prediction, short-term weather forecast / meso-scale forecast, long-range forecast, locality forecast, very short range forecast, meteorological disaster, evaluation of precision of expectation, application of meteorological expectation)
2. Understanding of rainfall mechanism and practice of rainfall modeling
3.  Discussion about construction of consolidated infrastructure considering meteorological influence (global warming, abnormal weather etc.)
