Coastal engineering is a subject to study the technology to lead a safe and comfortable life. It includes transportation and distribution network facilities such as airports, harbors, and lifeline and disaster prevention facilities such as levees and retaining walls, water environment creation such as manmade tidal flat.
In this class, students study the method to solve the problem using the knowledge of specialized subjects.
