Learn the evaluation techniques of building materials, especially the physical properties of structural materials and their evaluation methods.
(1) Know the types and characteristics of steel materials and be able to use them appropriately.
(2) Know the characteristics of concrete materials and how to mix them, and be able to use them appropriately.
(3) Know the types and characteristics of interior and exterior materials and use them appropriately.
(4) Understand the physical characteristics that evaluate the quality of building materials.

Requirements  
Grading Method The evaluation will be based on a report (60%) and a final examination (40%). 60 points or more will be considered as passing grade.
