Class Objectives
/Class Outline
To learn fundamental properties of constituent materials, fundamental properties of concrete, the design method of mix proportion and mechanical properties of hardened concrete regarding the key material of concrete with which civil infrastructures are constructed.
The evaluation items of 'knowledge and understanding' and 'ability and skill' are as follows:
1. To understand the properties of materials used for concrete and the physical and chemical properties of concrete, and to give structural and chemical problems which concrete structures are facing ((B) ability to find problems, (C) ability to understand the components of problems)
2. To find conditions necessary in the mix proportion in terms of the performances required to concrete, and to promptly conduct the mix proportion design ((C) ability to understand the components of problems)
Class Schedule lesson1 Guidance, concrete in civil infrastructures (Kawai Kenji, Ogawa Yuko)
