Class Objectives /Class Outline |
In this class, design and control of manufacturing systems are highlighted. The expected outcomes of this class are (1) Understanding the relationships between design and control of systems and the efficiency of production activities. (2) Understanding the logical thinking ways, and basic techniques for design and control of manufacturing systems. (3) Ability to solve problems relating to the design and control of manufacturing systems by applying knowledge acquired. |

Grading Method |
20 points from attending class and answer questions, and submitted reports. 40 points from the mid-term test. 40 points from the term-end test. Pass if the total of them is equal to or greater than 60. |
