・The capacity and attitude necessary for practicing specialized fields of dental technicians (dental technique) as a dental team. 
Class Objectives

The class mainly consists of the practices for actually experiencing the process of production of partial denture, and aims at understanding and acquirement of the basic techniques regarding partial denture to be worn by patients with partial loss of teeth. 
Class Schedule 1st class : Guidance, surveying, preliminary designing, production of individual tray (Taji)
2nd class : Production of record base with occlusion rim, maxillomandibular registration, mounting on articulator (Taji)
3rd class : Surveying, designing, block out, etc., duplicating impression, and production of refractory models (Taji)
4th class : Adjustment of refractory models, and wire bending (Taji)
5th class : Waxing up (Taji)
6th class : Waxing up, spruing, and investing (Taji)
7th class : Burning wax, casting, taking out, and wire bending (Taji)
8th class : Sprue cut, correction of the framework morphology, and sandblasting (Taji)
9th class : Polishing of framework, and wire bending (Taji)
10th class : Polishing of framework, and wire bending (Taji)
11th class : Arrangement of artificial teeth, and festoon (Taji)
12th class : Investing, wax elimination, and resin packing (Taji)
13th class : Taking out, remounting on articulator, occlusal reshaping of artificial teeth, and correction of denture base morphology (Taji)

Requirements In the program, students will engage in production of partial denture in all of the 15 classes. Do not miss the classes unless you have special reasons. There will not be any make-up classes for the classes you have missed. 
Grading Method Academic assessment will be made globally on the basis of the attitude in attending classes, works produced in the practices, and reports. (Academic assessment will be made on the basis of the works submitted (60%), reports (30%), and attitude in practices (10%).)
