During lectures and practical training on this class, you can learn the details of research, such as infectious disease, drug resistance, host defense in our body and indigenous microbial flora, using experimental techniques required for infectious diseases. You can also learn basics regarding infectious diseases and host immune responses. Furthermore, participants learn basic research techniques, such as aseptic procedure, screenings of oral microorganisms, drug sensitivity tests, and common immunological methods for the analysis of the gut associated lymphoid tissues.

① Deepening the understanding of the innate and adaptive immune cells, and tissues.

Preparation and understanding before the laboratory practices is absolutely required for your efficient performance. 
Requirements You have to have gotten credit regarding immunology for registration of this class.  If you are late or absent from class, tell your teacher by phone, e-mail, etc. You might fail to get credits if you are absent without permission. Bring and wear your white coat. Follow teacher's instructions.
