In this laboratory course, students carry out experiments about enzyme kinetics, quantification of protein concentration, SNP. Students learn experimental procedures and evaluation methods for experimental data. Textbooks and/or supplemental materials helpful for detailed understanding of experimental design are handed out before each laboratory practice.

Requirements Students are not allowed to be absent from classes.
There are no supplementary classes for the student who is absent.
The student who is absent without notice may fail to earn the credit.
 
Grading Method Each student's achievement is assessed totally by relative performance in practice, experimental report submitted, and examination.
