・Deepening knowledge about the role of nursing managers and management/coordination in the clinical practice. ・Deepening knowledge about the role of the leader in the nursing team and their leaderships. ・Deepening knowledge about the role of nursing in medical team and collaboration with multiple medical professions. ・To learn about the actual nursing that are providing at various settings under the various working styles. ・To develop your ability which understand multifactorial patient's health issues, and provide the nursing, which consider the priorities, within the working time. ・To make some strategies to be effective nursing in the clinical practice. |
