The purpose of this course is to acquire the basics of seismology and geodesy / gravity as the fundamentals of earth and planetary science.

Advice will be given in each lecture. 
Requirements - Expected to have knowledge on mathematics and physics in high school and the 1st year of university (particularly partial differentiation).
- Supplementary materials used in the class will be uploaded to "Moodle", so download them to your note PC and bring it to the class.
- Attendance is provided by submitting the answer of the quiz conducted for each class. 
Grading Method Small exams 20%, final exam 80%. No additional test unless there is a special reason.
