By the end of this course you should be able to: Recognize major taxonomic group of plants and fungi. Use technical identification keys terms to identify plant taxa. Explain some of the processes leading to plant evolution and diversification. Explain the basic principles guiding plant classification and nomenclature. Prepare a museum quality herbarium specimen and use a research herbarium. |
