Students will perform research related to the following two projects. 1) Evolution of developmental genes after genome duplication (Making a hypothesis by in silico genome analysis, testing it by in vivo transgenic experiments, etc.) 2) Analysis of the roles for epigenetic regulation in Xenopus organ regeneration. |
