To develop a deep understanding of basic molecular genetics. This course will deal with the structure of nucleic acids and chromosomes and the mechanisms of replication, repair, and recombination. |

The final grade is formed as a weighed sum of the exams mark (90%) and the mark from the active class participation (10%). |
