This course explores the modeling of phenomena in nature, as well as the mathematical techniques necessary for analyzing these phenomena. 
Class Schedule The following topics will be discussed:

Mathematical theory of random walks
Mathematical theory of chemotaxis
Mathematical theory of reaction-diffusion systems
Mathematical theory of collective behavior
Mathematical theory of dynamical systems and chaos
Mathematical theory of flow and flight/swimming
Mathematical theory of convection

Depending on the progress of the class, the order of the topic and/or some contents may be subject to change.
