6. Price of risk and investor behavior
7. Time and resource allcation
8. Principles of asset valuation
9. Bond market and term structure of interest rate
10. Valuation of bond
11. Common stock market
12. Valuation of stock
13. Corporate financial strategy
14. WACC and EVA
15. Market index and valuation

Final exam and several homeworks are mandatory.
