Based on the premise that students have taken "General Provisions of Criminal Law" and "Special Provisions of Criminal Law", the goal is to apply criminal law to solve cases and demonstrate their thinking process through oral and written statements. Using simple cases, students will confirm basic knowledge of criminal law and learn how utilize that knowledge in solving cases. |
