Class Objectives /Class Outline |
As a special lecture on public law, students will learn the basics of legal administrative law. Specifically, the goal is to write the thought process that solves the case as a legal answer. After reviewing rudimentary knowledge of administrative law, students learn how to create concrete ideas for administrative law using important judicial precedents, etc., and learn the basics of the ability to develop this into writing in accordance with the provisions. For this reason, students are required not only to demonstrate the interpretation process verbally, but also to demonstrate it in an essay. After class, we also aim to acquire study habits so that we can study the applied part of administrative law on our own. |

In public law, we deal with the field of administrative law. Also, although it is not essential, it is desirable to have experience in learning the scope of administrative law, such as completing the course of administrative law subjects in the third year. |
