Class Objectives
/Class Outline
This lecture is for students preparing to write/read legal documents in English and to participate in international moot competitions abroad.
Specially, Students will learn how to read international treaties and conventions, with a focus on the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (VCLT), a background on international customary law, and the way to explore the leading treaties on international environmental law and on international animal law, focusing on those most frequently used at international competition.
