Class Objectives /Class Outline	In this class, we study special provisions of the Penal Code, which provide requirements of offenses such as homicide and theft. As the purpose of this class in which we always pay attention to theory and fact, students should acquire (1) fundamental knowledge of criminal law special part, (2) the ability to find/resolve issues in a specific case, and (3) the ability to explain the reason of their own opinion.
