The core lectures and exercises are basically face-to-face, but if there are unavoidable circumstances, we will adopt a hybrid lesson with simultaneous interactive online or on-demand content of recorded lectures.

Class Objectives
/Class Outline
In accordance with each student's specialized field/area, we would like students to master basic knowledge and skills to practice classes in foreign languages at elementary schools, or junior and senior high schools in Japan. We would also like students to consider and understand its significance from the viewpoint of multicultural education, interculturalism, and diversity in the classroom.

The lesson consists of the following three pillars.
1. Practice and reflection of simulated lessons by each student
2. Discussion through teaching the simulated lessons
3. Significance of teaching practices in foreign/multi- languages and multicultural classroom, and its examination of developmental issues

It is desirable to actively collect related materials and information by using time other than class hours. Let's aim at composition and practice of lessons that can demonstrate ourselves. 
Requirements You have to take this class in conjunction with "Planning and Guidance English Lecture." This course is the practitioner-oriented counterpart to the pre-requisite course and serves as its final assessment. 
Grading Method Students are expected to bring actual materials (e.g., realia, designed worksheets) to simulated lessons. We will comprehensively evaluate student performance with a rubric that includes the degree of effort towards class activities (e.g., usage of developed materials, structure of simulated lessons, presence of language and cultural accommodations, etc.) (60%) and task report after simulated lesson practice (40%).

Message Based on knowledge of Japanese school education in the past, we would like you to grasp practical lessons in foreign languages as an important tool to promote global education and learn the foundation experience experientially.
