This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to interpret materials and describe the history of education through their own handling of materials on school education from the Meiji period onwards.

Requirements If you wish to register for the Seminar in the History of Japanese and Oriental Education II, be sure to register for this subject. 
Grading Method post-project and discussion 50%, report on history of a school 50%.
