The purpose of this class is to write a thesis on science of art. We will learn practical and developmental research methods for this purpose through reading materials and researching artworks.

Preparation for study tour (1)
lesson3 Study tour (1): Visit exhibitions at art galleries and museums in Hiroshima Prefecture
lesson4 Study Tour Exercise (2): Writing up the results of the study tour on a sheet of paper
lesson5 Post-exercise discussion (1) Discussions based on the written report and review the perspectives gained from the tour
lesson6 Reading of previous studies (1): Reading a book on the relationship between the plastic arts and society
