Lesson 2 Physical movements and energy Learn mechanism of energy supply system. Lesson 3 Physical movements and aerobic capacity Learn maximal oxygen consumption, anaerobic threshold and oxygen uptake, which are used as an index of aerobic capacity Lesson 4 Physical movements and anaerobic capacity Learn anaerobic capacity and its measurement methods Lesson 5 About training: its definition, category, and basic principles. Learn basics of training concerning its definition, categories, and principles. Lesson 6 Physical tests (Process of training planning),Bone training(1) Learn contents of physical tests. Also understand how to design a training plan." Lesson 7 Three elements of a training plan,Bone training(2) Understand three elements of a training plan: frequency, intensity and duration of training. Also study other important elements: physical fitness , gender , age , pregnancy , injury , etc. Lesson 8 Aerobic exercise(1),Bone training(3) Compare 4 types of trainings: speed training, repetition training, interval training and sustainable raining. Lesson 1 Confirm the contents of the lesson and reconfirm assignments and, according to a reference books list, confirm the location of reference books with a PC and read a recommended book. Lesson 2-Lesson 14 Confirm the contents of the lesson and perform recognition of assignments. Because I show it on the print to distribute to ,Lesson 1, the applicable point in the textbook of the contents of the lesson of each time refers to it. Lesson 15 Examine a term-end examination result and confirm a learning problem of the self and overcome problems. |
