/Class Outline
The aim of this lecture is to gain the competence of novice Physical Education Teacher as reflective practitioner at secondary school. The concrete purpose is as the follow; 1) to understant the teaching plan in PE, 2) to gain the manegment of PE, 3) to develop instruction into micro-teaching of PE, 4) to analyze the children, who need to help in PE class, 5) to understand the reflection ability in PE class for continuing professional development.

Lesson 2: Essential skills for a physical education teacher
Lesson 3: Designing teaching plans for physical educationⅠ(Development of Designing teaching plans skills:Annual plan and short-term plan)
Lesson 4: Designing teaching plans for physical educationⅡ(Development of Designing teaching plans skills:How to make a lesson plan)
Lesson 5: Conduct a lecture on physical education(Development of management skills)
Lesson 6: Micro-teaching(1) - 2 Group and workshop & Case Conference
