Class Objectives

"In this class, by understanding subject goals and the situation of children, students will acquire basic knowledge and capabilities to be able to teach secondary social studies and geography and history. This class will have ""case studies"" thoroughly. Through case studies, students will have comprehensive knowledge and capabilities for class analysis, development, and evaluation.
(1)To be able to explain the condition of ""good social studies classes"" from the view point of social studies formation.
(2)By observing good social studies classes conducted by others, to be able to analyze principles for realizing classes.
(3)By conducting teaching contents researches based on their target goals, to be able to develop good social studies classes.
(4)By evaluating existing classes with others and to be able to improve and change them into better social studies classes."
