Message |
It might be difficult to find something new in a mathematical sense. However, I hope that students aim to conduct their graduation research with originality. Saying that you do not need to study mathematics because you are in the Faculty of Education is absurd. There are many students who wish to become a teacher today. Under such circumstance, students’ wrong approach to mathematics they have learned at school up to high school needs to be corrected. It is important to have an opportunity to learn mathematics in depth from active mathematics researchers around you while you are in the university, even in a limited narrow area. Once you get into the workforce, it would be difficult to learn the correct sense of mathematics all by yourself. |
